Almost everyone experiences stress and tension at some point—that’s part of having a nervous system. When stress builds faster than the body can process , we often begin to hold it physically. Over time, it may show up as tightness, discomfort, reduced movement, or feeling ‘on edge’ without knowing why.
As a breath-work facilitator, I may weave breath-based techniques into your care to help release stored tension and bring you back into a more natural, supportive rhythm. Effective breathing supports the nervous system, improves biomechanics and how your body is functioning day to day.
Alongside breath-work, I incorporate other techniques such as:
Soft Tissue & Myofascial Release – Gentle techniques to release tension, improve movement, and ease discomfort.
Gentle Cranial Therapy – Light, targeted work to support your nervous system.
Dry Needling – Targeted release of tight muscles to improve movement and reduce pain.
Lifestyle Guidance – Practical advice on movement, posture, and self-care to support long-term wellbeing.
